I am a qualified clinical supervisor. I offer individual clinical supervision to both training counsellors and psychotherapists as well as qualified practitioners. working with individuals and groups.
Individual Supervision:
As a supervisor, I aim to create a safe, confidential and supportive environment in which you can freely explore what is emerging in your work with your clients.
I encourage honest dialogue in the presentation of the material - this is a rich source of information and if worked with openly will shed light on and offer immense insights into the necessary focus of the work.
Group Supervision:
Usually a group has 4-6 members. Along side the description above, I encourage the group members to tune into their own felt experience of each person's presentation; sharing those thoughts and reactions offers further insight into the psychic space of the client.
